2020年1月，国家发改委和生态环境部明确到2020年底，各地的商场、超市、药店、书店等场所以及餐饮打包外卖服务和各类展会活动，禁止使用不可降解塑料袋，集贸市场规范和限制使用不可降解塑料袋。可降解塑料的出现在一定程度上减少了对环境的破坏，通过比较传统塑料袋与可降解塑料袋的承重能力、抗跌落能力、漏水性、可降解能力，通过真实的数据，让大家接受可降解塑料袋，从而起到一定的宣传作用。

In January 2020, the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of ecological environment made it clear that by the end of 2020, the use of non degradable plastic bags will be prohibited in shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, bookstores, catering packaging and takeout services and various exhibition activities, and the use of non degradable plastic bags will be standardized and restricted in the fair market. The appearance of degradable plastics has reduced the damage to the environment to a certain extent. By comparing the load-bearing capacity, fall resistance, water leakage and degradability of traditional plastic bags and degradable plastic bags, we can make everyone accept degradable plastic bags through real data, so as to play a certain role in publicity.
