本作品通过学生王涵熙游览古迹源起，发现了“斗拱”的构件，对其产生疑惑并探究其原理及意义，通过拜访研究古建筑的周鹤老师以及自己拼装，在这个过程中，王涵熙被中国古建筑木质结构的博大精深所吸引，希望能继续钻研下去，发扬民族文化。

In this work, through the student Wang Hanxi's visit to the origin of historic sites, he found the components of "Dou Gong", had doubts about it and explored its principle and significance. Through visiting Mr. Zhou He who studied ancient architecture and his own assembly, Wang Hanxi was attracted by the breadth and depth of wooden structure of Chinese ancient architecture, hoping to continue to study and carry forward national culture.
